Weekly Gym Schedule

Main Gym Hours

The gym is open from 5:00pm-9:00pm Monday through Thursday, and from 11:00am-2:00pm on Sundays.


During these hours, the gym is open to all patrons, and our coaches are available for questions and individualized form correction.


However, if patrons would like a more formalized workout plan, we offer the following scheduled group classes, or one-on-one personal coaching can be scheduled directly with George Chamberlain (319-333-4943).

Advanced Boxing

Monday-Thursday

Intermediate: Sundays (11:30am-1:00pm)

Open Mat: Fridays 6:50pm-9:00pm
