Professional, high-level training

There's more to winning a boxing match than just throwing punches. Coach George is well-known across the Midwest for the attention to detail that takes his athletes to the professional and national level. From foot placement to the positioning of the judges outside of the ring, you can rest assured that no stone will ever be left unturned.

"I'll take you as far as you want to go, from the first time you ever put on gloves, all the way to the professional circuits."

“I've been training with George since I was 13 years old. He coached me to win 2 consecutive Golden Gloves titles and he continues to coach and mentor me through my professional career. There is no way I could’ve achieved any of this without him.”

Jaquan Weeks

Professional Boxer

"Many people don’t know but he was a professional heavyweight and fought all around the world. Very few boxing coaches around have done that.  There’s levels to boxing and Coach George is at the top.  Anyone can be a pad man and teach how to punch, but very few can put a lesson behind it & be called a teacher."

Abel Martinez

Long-time Student

"Coach Chamberlain's gym is a professional and welcoming environment. I've worked with him for years and he's been communicative and reliable. My boxers look forward to putting in work at Big George's."
